Résumé storage and retention

Uploaded résumés are stored in a server folder blocked from public web access and are also delivered to our recruitment team by email. Unless a longer period is required or consented to, submitted files should be reviewed and deleted according to our configured retention schedule.

Sharing

Candidate information is not shared with an employer without an appropriate recruitment purpose and candidate awareness or consent. We may use service providers that support website hosting, email delivery and security.

Security

We use access restrictions, file validation, random filenames, anti-spam controls and transport encryption. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices
