Jama HR Express is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner for a leading multidisciplinary medical and rehabilitation clinic in Surrey, BC. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules are available.
Key responsibilities
- Provide primary care, health assessments, diagnoses and treatment planning for patients of all ages.
- Prescribe medication and order and interpret laboratory and imaging results.
- Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors and mental health professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR.
- Support preventive health, chronic disease management and quality improvement.
Qualifications and experience
- Current registration and good standing with BCCNM as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Family Nurse Practitioner designation preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication and collaboration skills.
- Primary care or rehabilitation experience is an asset; new graduates are welcome.
