Role Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you’ll provide direct patient care, assess and diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families on health management, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care. Work with patients, families, and the care team to develop and adjust care plans. Coordinate patient care and delegate tasks as needed.

Provide health education and prepare patients for discharge.
Document all assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes.
Mentor new nurses and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
Emergency nursing experience or relevant post-graduate coursework.

Role Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN), you’ll assess, plan, and provide emergency nursing care to children and adolescents. You’ll handle triage, perform interventions, support crisis counseling, and collaborate with the healthcare team to create treatment and discharge plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver emergency care for physical and mental health issues.
Perform pediatric assessments using the Pediatric Triage Assessment Scale.
Monitor patients’ progress and document care provided.
Support discharge planning and community referrals.
Facilitate patient transitions to inpatient units.

Qualifications:
Current RN or RPN registration with the BC College of Nurses & Midwives.
Experience in emergency pediatrics or mental health preferred.
Relevant certifications (ENPC, PALS, TNCC) are an asset.

Field and Infusion Nurse (RN), Burnaby
Registered Nurse – Homecare
Location: Various Locations
Compensation: $72,400 - $111,540 CAD per year
Hours: Part-time (24 hours per week, self-scheduling available)
